The systems were the WR2 type and utilised Ground Source Heat Pump cooling via a borehole installation in the grounds of the facility. All systems offer full heat recovery and touch screen control via the Mitsubishi AG150 controllers installed in the main plant room.

Several P series DX split systems were also installed in server rooms and CCTV suites, with air cooled condensing units installed on a first floor plant deck.

Also installed were Four large PUHY condensing units connected to four Exhausto Air Handling Units.

All aspects of the installation were carried out within the required programme and the Metropolitan Police took possession of the building September 2010.
