BNY Mellon

Contract values £18,000.00 – £185,000.00

In the past few years Royce Group have carried out several mechanical services projects at BNY Mellon, formerly The Bank of New York Mellon, located in Queen Victoria St, London, adjacent to St Pauls Cathedral.

These projects include the installation of several VRF systems (£185,000.00), supply and extract ductwork, kitchen cooling and ventilation (18,000.00) and most recently, a Stulz CRAC server room installation (£90,000.00).

The installations at BNYM are always challenging, as in its role as an Investment Bank, the building is almost always occupied, with disruption having to be kept to a minimum. Other problems include the limited access for crane lifts, which have to be carried out under the dictates of the Corporation of London and involve road closures adjacent to the bank.

All Royce Group projects at BNYM have been completed on time and with minimal variation costs.
