We are firm believers in a preventative maintenance on all mechanical services. Studies prove that the cost of a PM programme is almost always offset by the savings gained in less breakdowns due to lack of maintenance.

We offer a range of maintenance packages to suit any system or building. This is usually based on an agreed asset register which can be updated at any time.

Customers that enter into a service agreement with Royce Group are also able to call on our 24hr call out service for added peace of mind. This is especially useful for Building Managers with Comms Rooms, UPS systems or freezer coldroom, etc.
